018: Pamela Armitage on trauma informed self-defence, and her passion on helping traumatized victims
Pamela Armitage is an instructor in trauma informed self-defence, and together with Richard Dimitri they run the free online course Study of Violence (www.studyofviolence.com). Pamela has experienced trauma and is using it to help others to inform them on how they can work through it. She is also an RYT200 Certified Yoga Teacher with a particular focus on Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and is also certified by both Richard Dimitri’s Self Defense Services and Safe International. She has a ton of knowledge when it comes to the subject on Trauma.
