José Casal, a highly experienced business agility consultant, coach, and trainer. José is dedicated to helping organizations and individuals embrace modern management concepts such as Flow Thinking, Kanban, Flight Levels, and Scrum. His commitment to continuous learning and research enables him to help organizations achieve better agility and create thriving, engaged environments.

José is also an international speaker, organizing notable events like the in-person Lean Agile London (LALDN) and the virtual Lean Agile Global (LAG) conferences. His extensive experience spans the full range of Agile approaches. He holds certifications as a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), Flight Levels Guide (FLG), Professional Kanban Trainer (PKT), Enterprise Kanban Coach (EKC), and Certified Trainer for Training from the BACK of the Room! (TBR-CT). Additionally, he is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

In 2015, José co-founded Actineo Consulting LLP, further solidifying his role as a leader in the field of business agility.
