Alexis is a board-certified women’s health physical therapist, and specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation for men and women. Her mission is to help her patients gain control over their pelvic health by providing the best treatment, self-management tools, and education in a comfortable setting. She aims to de-stigmatize the taboo around pelvic health.

Her approach is focused on providing holistic, patient-centered care. Together, she will create a plan to help you reach your goals and return you to your highest level of function.
