'Invest in Yourself', was the closing dialogue of Season 1 at The Winning Side podcast. I hope you got a chance to reflect on that one. Well I personally take our dialogues way too seriously and took this time to self invest.

Hello & welcome to the Winning Side suite Season 2 this is your very own host & producer Sara Hasan. Absolutely delighted to be back to voice what matters. To those who are new here let me take a moment to introduce myself. I'm Sara, banker by profession, entrepreneur at heart and passionate about accessibility, equality, diversity and inclusion. In 2019 I was elected as Women's Officer at University of Cambridge, Graduate Union. It was at the end of my tenure, in 2021, that I realized the need for having a sustainable platform to voice key D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) concerns. Hence came 'The Winning Side'. I would like to take a moment to thank the University of Cambridge for sponsoring our first dialogue, LIVE event titled 'Women in the Boardroom'. From there on there was no looking back. We got a lot of support from Judge Business School and immense support from the industry. Some of the dialogues were sponsored by key players such as Crowdfunder UK. It is this kind of support for inclusive dialogues that's really needed in this day an age. Today as we are returning to office and going back to normal, I would like to take a step back and reflect on key take-aways from last year and a half. I hope you will join me in this journey along with our wonderful guests. We are in progress in terms of recording dialogues and podcast production.
