UV Funk 050: Disco Beat From India with Dr. Nepp
It's anniversary time, and there's something special for it: Dr. Nepp from Leipzig is a good friend of Philipp's, who has an amazing music collection from all over the world. For the 50th UV Funk show, he has rummaged through his boxes of disco-like music from India and Pakistan, and put together a wonderful mix that gives us an impression of how Indian and Pakistani musicians have created an opulent oeuvre with only a few elements such as a drum machine and individual strings.
