Ethan Udell is currently the Marketing Manager at Arista Records and Nell Jones is the Production Manager at Offbeat Media Group. During college, Ethan started the boutique management company Ryder MGMT, and Nell joined him to help out with all things marketing. Since graduating, Ethan and Nell manage a roster of artists, and lead digital strategy on a variety of records including a Grammy-nominated album.
