Jamie Way has been working in the music industry for over 15 years. He's designed and marketed over 100 online ecommerce stores, including Beyonce, Slayer, Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, Aaliyah, Mariah Carey, Motorhead, and a lot more.

He started working with EMPIRE 3 years ago to help develop and scale an eCommerce department.

This week, we discuss Jamie’s role in the launch of Aaliyah's online store, and the strategy it took to help One in a Million hit the top 10 on billboard.
