The Pepsi Challenge - But You Promised Me a Fighter Jet!

In the dullness of mid-1990s suburbia, Pepsi shot an advertisement for a new promotion. Customers could collect points by buying soft drinks to win branded merchandise, such as t-shirts and sunglasses. At the end of the ad, a Harrier fighter jet appears on screen with the subtitle - '7,000,000 Pepsi Points'. For Pepsi's sake, this was meant in jest.
