289 - From Chaos to Clarity

Originally from Canada and now living in the UK, KC's journey is a remarkable story of going from chaos to clarity—professionally, financially, and personally.

Three years ago, KC was managing a chaotic property portfolio, navigating a complex refurbishment gone sideways, and homeschooling her two children. She was balancing motherhood, business pressures, and cross-continental property challenges—all while feeling stuck and overwhelmed.

After joining Property Entrepreneur, KC found the support, clarity, and strategic insight she needed. She sold her Canadian portfolio, resolved tax complications, and simplified her business. This opened the door to a new income stream of nearly £50,000 per year through catering, private mortgages, and renting out space in her home.

With a clear financial plan and renewed confidence, KC made the bold decision to take a year off to travel across the Canadian Rockies with her husband and children. Through detailed due diligence and a shift in mindset, she realised she had already achieved her financial goals—and didn't need to chase arbitrary figures.

KC is a shining example of what it means to live a Life By Design—on her own terms, with purpose and passion.
