It's being called Santa Street USA - a neighborhood outside San Diego where almost every home has a giant blow up Santa Claus. But now it’s been targeted by a real-life Grinch.  And, the drone mystery remains unsolved - and as we've reported, no matter how unnerved you might be about the sightings, it's illegal to shoot a drone. Now the FBI is chiming in to stress in no uncertain terms - if you see a drone, don’t shoot it. Plus, it’s an indicator of the impact of the United Healthcare killing. Ordinarily, an annual business gathering in New York City would be a non-event, but in the wake of the killing and a hit list that's been circulated, corporate leaders meeting across the street from the murder scene are taking no chances. And the shooting at a Wisconsin school that left three people dead is the 83rd school shooting so far this year. The frenzy over the apparent drones over New Jersey and elsewhere was unabated over the weekend. Officially the government says it doesn’t know where they're from, but Rosie O’Donnell says she does. She took to social media saying "they're here". To O’Donnell, it’s clear these aren't really drones but aliens from outer space, but is she serious? And the man accused of murdering the CEO of United Healthcare has a new attorney. And before she was retained, she was on tv talking about a possible insanity defense. This comes as President-elect Donald Trump speaks out about the shooting. Plus, the woman who alleges that Jay-Z sexually assaulted her more than twenty years ago when she was 13 is speaking out, admitting there are inconsistencies in her story. And Jay-Z has come out swinging vehemently denying the allegations, filing to dismiss the lawsuit and calling the woman's attorney a '1-800 lawyer.' And last week, President Joe Biden commuted the sentences of 1,500 criminals, and one in particular is sparking outrage today - a now-former judge who accepted $2.8 million for jailing 2,300 children - some as young as eight. There are increasing calls for the government to share what they know and what they don’t about the mysterious drones that have been hovering over New Jersey and other parts of the Northeast. One senator is so fed up - he's suggesting they be shot down. And a major development in the case of that formerly missing dad who faked his own death to go overseas to be with a new girlfriend. No surprise: his wife's filed for separation. Plus, corporate CEOs continue to beef up their personal security as threats in the wake of last week’s assassination of the CEO of United Health Care continue. And law enforcement is taking a tough stand against anyone perceived to be making a threat.  And the twins accused of sex crimes were back in court today with one still in an anti-suicide smock. This comes as one of the alleged victims is speaking out -- saying she was attacked at the famed Versace mansion in Miami. And she doesn’t mince words when it comes to the brothers. At first it was kind of interesting, but now it's starting to freak people out. Drones continue to be spotted over New Jersey - and with no explanation, the wild conspiracy theories keep coming. In fact, the Pentagon had to shoot down buzz they were from an Iranian mothership parked off the East Coast. As Les Trent reports, until there's an answer, the hysteria will continue. And you may have heard about that horrible scene at a Christmas parade in Palm Springs, California when a motorcycle cop doing wheelies lost control and plowed into spectators. Ten people were injured including a 12-year-old girl. Now, her outraged parents are speaking with our Jim Moret. The officer involved is in the hospital and has expressed concern for those injured. Meantime, the police chief says he has grounded the entire motorcycle unit during the investigation, adding they will never be popping wheelies at public events again. Plus, we've told you about the surge of support for Luigi Mangione despite the fact he's charged with murdering a healthcare CEO...now it appears he has his fellow prisoners rooting for him. Ann Mercogliano explains. And twin brother realtors accustomed to flashy cars and designer duds are now getting used to prison garb after they, and a brother, were charged with sex trafficking going back 15 years. Today the twins were in court for a hearing, with one trying to get released on bail because his wife is pregnant. An attorney for twin, Alon Alexander, tells us he will enter a not guilty plea. Drama today as the 26-year-old suspect charged with assassinating the healthcare CEO was being brought into an extradition hearing in Pennsylvania. The man the whole country has been looking for may finally be in custody. Six days after the United Healthcare CEO was gunned down by an assassin in New York, police have arrested a 26-year-old man in Pennsylvania- all thanks to a McDonald’s employee who called 9-1-1. Cops say  the suspect was carrying a two-page manifesto railing against the healthcare industry. And a verdict is in, in the trial of the marine veteran who put a man in a chokehold on a New York subway leading to his death. He claimed he was trying to protect himself and other commuters and today the jury agreed, finding him not guilty. There were strong emotions on both sides leading to chaos outside the courthouse. Plus, world leaders attended the reopening of the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris and among the images making jaws drop around the world is President-elect Trump sitting side by side with first lady Jill Biden. And as you can imagine, social media is having a field day! And rapper Jay-Z is coming out swinging today over an allegation in a civil lawsuit that he and Sean Diddy Combs raped a 13-year-old girl after the Video Music Awards in 2000.
