Each of us have a biochemically and genetically unique set of nutritional and lifestyle needs, and through the use of lab testing, continuous glucose monitoring and sleep & recovery tracking, health optimization is not only possible, but expected! Also a Corrective Exercise Specialist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Lauren specializes in pain management, mobility & movement optimization, and kettlebell metabolic conditioning.

Lauren is the producer and co-host of the women’s health podcast “The Biohacker Babes”, which she runs with her sister, Renee Belz. She was previously as Broadway performer, most recently seen in the Broadway musical Wicked and Mamma Mia. Calling on her experience as a dancer and performer, Lauren infuses her coaching with an intuitive and compassionate perspective, allowing her clients to reach their optimal health potential.
