Our guest had a fantastic topic to discuss – How to avoid the internal nonsense in police departments. We discuss that, including an Officer of the Podcast that led right into our discussion. Our guest is a former VA hospital cop, I had a lot of questions about that job, so we dig into that a little bit. He is now a city cop with an interesting assignment.
