Training for men's singles

Training for men's singles

It's not easy to know exactly how to train for the different categories. What similarities are there between the different categories? What are the differences between training for men's singles and women's singles? Are there any differences? Does a men's singles player need to focus on different physical areas than men's doubles players? There are many questions, and this week's episode will answer them. There will also be many examples of how you, as a badminton player, can train different physical abilities in the gym and on the court, as well as how you can structure your training. Both specific tips for men's singles players and general tips for all badminton players looking to improve their physical and athletic abilities will be included in the episode!
