The Protected Player - 8 week training program to stay injury free

In this week's episode I will walk you through my training program "The Protected Player" which is an 8 week training program that can be downloaded for free at https://www.sugiyamabadminton.com/badminton-training-program where you will also find all the other training programs I´ve created. All programs are free. I focus on three parts of the program in today's episode: strength training, conditioning and mobility. The program is created to strengthen the parts of the body where badminton players usually injure themselves. A key to success is staying injury free so check out the program and follow it or use it as inspiration!
