In Episode 10, also our Season 1 Finale, Jesse talks about the Japanese concept of "Forest Bathing," how nature is so therapeutic for all of us, and how we can call get outdoors more often. Then, we discuss and listen to the works of bass clarinetist, alto saxist, and flautist Eric Dolphy, a musical jazz genius who was deeply inspired by the birds and nature himself.
