Manish Plaha is practicing medical doctor who is passionate about holistic wellbeing. With a special focus on embodiment through meditation, he aims to harmonise the human energy field as a pathway to optimum mental, physical and emotional health.

Dr. Plaha has developed an innovative approach to wellness, known as Inner Alchemy, which blends unique breath work, intuitive movement, and energetic meditations to facilitate profound transformation.
