The practice of mindfulness allows us to remain connected to ourselves. There are many things which may pull us away from our true self, including people, situations, world events and our own habits and thoughts. Get into the habit of checking in with yourself to discern what is meant for you, as well as doing things that support your mental health. This mini-sode highlights the importance of your connection to self and how to further establish it - a message I believe to be so important, so if you enjoy this segment, please share with your loved ones.
