Former assistant Capricorn Clark took the stand and stunned jurors, claiming that in 2011, Combs showed up at her home with a gun, kidnapped her, and forced her into an Escalade to help him confront — and possibly kill — rapper Kid Cudi. Once at Cudi’s Hollywood Hills home, Combs broke in, and the chaos spiraled into a brutal assault on Cassie Ventura later that night.

Clark also detailed years of workplace abuse, threats of violence, forced lie detector tests, and a disturbing pattern of coercive control by Combs that aligns with prior testimony from Cassie and other witnesses. She described being blacklisted from the industry after her firing, pleading with Combs for forgiveness, and being lured back in years later — all while the shadow of fear never lifted.
