MaryAnn Briscoe is currently working as a MIPPA Coordinator with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services covering the northeastern part of Oklahoma. MaryAnn received a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. Ms. Briscoe has 38 years with OKDHS service in various departments; most of the years were with Child Welfare Services. Marilyn Conley is the Medicare Improvement for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA) Coordinator for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, covering the state’s southeastern quadrant. Lex Heatrice is the ARDC COVID-19 Vaccine Access Grant Outreach Coordinator for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Mr. Heatrice has served on many organizations’ boards and has received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma. Talena Ford is the ARDC COVID-19 Vaccine Access Grant Outreach Coordinator for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Mrs. Ford has more than 22+ years of experience working with self-sufficiency programs. She received her Master’s degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
