Have you ever felt completely alone in your grief, like no one could possibly understand the pain you're carrying? That's exactly where I found myself eight years ago when I lost my childhood best friend on the day of my senior prom.

Grief isn't just about losing people—it's about losing stability, normalcy, and moments we can never get back.
