Judge Blocks Trump Troops in L.A.… Get Out Now!!!

In breaking news, Federal Judge Charles Breyer — finding the Trump Administration violated federal statutes dating to 1903 and the 10th Amendment of the Constitution — has ordered that Trump immediately return command and control over the California National Guard to Governor Newsom. Michael Popok examines the 36 page order issued moments ago and explains why the Court found that Trump’s actions were “illegal” and his position that first amendment expression is the same as a “rebellion” chilling, and why the order was stayed for a half a day to permit an appeal.
