More about Real Estate Agent Mary Stallwood! She has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Her Real Estate Journey started 12 years ago when her Husband received a call to come back to Winnipeg. They would be Project Managing Condo Conversions. She loved it. She had found something she was passionate about. Helping renovate run down properties and converting to Condos.

Then her husband got his real Estate License. As Red Seal Carpenter he knew Codes and is a wealth of information. He had been flipping properties in Winnipeg for Years. Mary was his assistant for 3 Years when she decided she wanted more out of Real Estate then just being his assistant. As his assistant Mary could not do much but research and book appointments, as a realtor she could talk to buyers and show them the best points of buying a property.

Mary's Husband Terry flipped houses so working with investors was what she knew. She has now been a realtor for 8 plus years and have moved into doing more Commercial and larger Projects. Red Seal Carpenter so it has plenty of opportunities to invest in duplexes Triplexes and bigger.
