All of America is gripped by the outcomes of two major court cases. In Idaho, Bryan Kohberger pleaded guilty to slaughtering four University of Idaho students as part of a plea deal. While across the country in New York, the Sean Diddy Combs sex trafficking trial came to an end with shocking verdicts. Combs was found not guilty of the most serious charges. And Bryan Kohberger appeared in court today pleading guilty as part of a deal that allows him to avoid the death penalty. The victim's families have been divided, with half furious Kohberger isn't going on trial - going as far as saying prosecutors made a deal with the devil. Plus, among those waiting on the edge of their seat for the verdicts in the Sean Diddy Combs sex trafficking trial was singer Aubrey O’Day. She starred on Diddy's reality show making the band, and for years has been going public warning about Combs. Now she tells Inside Edition hearing he may soon go free felt like a gut punch. And a serious warning from the FBI as we head into the busy July fourth weekend. Double drama on a Disney cruise ship as a girl goes overboard, then her dad jumps in after her. The ship was returning from a four-night cruise to the Bahamas when the girl plummeted from the fourth-floor deck. Thankfully, the ship's rescue boat was nearby to bring the father and daughter to safety. Steven Fabian spoke with a passenger who was there. And more than two and half years after four University of Idaho students were brutally murdered in their off-campus house, the trial is about to begin. Now, we are hearing from the boyfriend and girlfriend who were the first to discover the bodies. Plus, we're learning new details about the sniper who cops say ambushed and killed two firefighters after deliberately setting a brush fire. He was later found dead at the scene. When he recently turned 20, his mom posted a loving tribute, but his final moments were allegedly filled with acts of violence. And you may have seen that drama at Beyonce’s first show in Houston, when there was a malfunction with her flying car that left her dangling sideways above the crowd. Yes, they thought of everything, but somebody forgot to tell Mother Nature to please hold the rain. Plus, it's being called the "swinger's defense." Sean Combs' defense lawyers made their final summation to the federal jury at his sex trafficking trial today. And they put forward the argument that the rap mogul had a "swinger’s lifestyle” that may not be for everyone, but is not criminal. Les Trent is at the courthouse. And it was this the worst cruise ever? It happened, in 2013, when a fire in the engine room led to a loss of power...and a breakdown in the ship's sanitary conditions. The notorious incident came to be known as the "poop cruise." and now it's the subject of a big new Netflix documentary. Plus, the Trump administration continues to stand by their account of the airstrikes in Iran, saying the targeted nuclear sites were obliterated...sharing test run video of just how powerful a bunker buster bomb is. A top military official says the successful mission felt like winning the Super Bowl. And Brad Pitt's Los Angeles home was ransacked last night with three suspects climbing over a fence and breaking into a front window at around 10:30pm. Not clear what the thieves got away with . Pitt was not home at the time, he's in Japan promoting his new movie F1 set in the world of formula one racing. And a furious President Trump is lashing out today over a report that claimed the airstrike in Iran didn't damage those three nuclear sites as badly as originally thought. Today, the President did his best to tell the world, they were, in his words, obliterated. Plus, three hikers were taking in the great outdoors near Lake Tahoe when they came across a popular waterfall, and since the country is still locked under a heat dome, they couldn't resist taking a plunge. However, that decision to cool off cost them their lives. And he's the husband of tennis superstar Serena Williams, and he also created Reddit...now he's finding himself in the headlines after he used A.I. to bring an old photo hugging his late mother back to life...but as Les Trent reports, it’s dividing the internet. Plus, when word came of an active shooter at a church right in the middle of Sunday services, social media lit up with worry it was a terror attack in the wake of the airstrikes in Iran.
