So Rep LaMonica McIver got her wish of becoming a political martyr for criminal illegal aliens.  Acting U.S. Attorney Alina Habba announced she was charging the congresswoman with assaulting and impeding a law enforcement officer because…that’s exactly what she did… LaMonica and her cohorts claim they were there to “conduct oversight” of that ICE facility filled with violent criminal illegal aliens, but that’s weird because I’ve never heard of someone who’s trying to “conduct oversight” exclaim “I touch whoever I want!” There is clear video evidence of her roughing up ICE agents and doing so brazenly and aggressively.  For her part, LaMonica says the charges are politically motivated and she will never stop “working for the people in our district and standing up for what is right.” Apparently, the people in her district she’s referring to are illegal alien violent criminals.  Play stupid games, win stupid prizes LaMonica! Was Biden’s cancer diagnosis part of the big coverup too? I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.  I am sorry to hear of former President Biden’s prostate cancer diagnosis. That being said, it does not mean the public will entirely avoid the conversation surrounding his mental and physical decline while president.  As a concerned citizen, I’m also not going to shy away from saying what many of us are thinking, how did a former president with arguably the best medical care and team in the world, get taken by surprise at this advanced diagnosis? Many of us are questioning it, and it’s not because we’re mean,  it’s because we’ve been lied to for YEARS about Joe’s physical and mental state. For his medical team to really have missed the signs and symptoms of prostate cancer until it got to this advanced point, is hard to fathom.  Was this part of the coverup, too?  The timing of this announcement comes just as the Biden White House tell all books are coming out and those in his inner circle as well as powerful Democrats are being needled about what they knew, and when they knew it. This announcement seems like it was meant to chill the discussion.  But it’s not going to work! AOC’s district is experiencing a HUGE crime surge, too bad she’s too busy touring first class with Bernie to care! I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. Several hypothetical 2028 polls show Congresswoman AOC having the best shot at her party’s nomination.  That’s surely because she is one of the only Democrats able to draw a crowd and rile up the far left base.  Still, popularity only goes so far. What has she actually done for her district?  Well, nothing good if you look at the numbers.  Major crime rose by 70% in AOC’s Bronx and Queens district since 2019. That is more than DOUBLE the citywide increase of over 30% according to NYPD data. Those crimes include human trafficking and prostitution, particularly in the area of Roosevelt Avenue. That part of her jurisdiction saw a 105% surge in those criminal behaviors.  And her constituents are noticing!  Even in that deep blue district, residents are furious to see AOC jet-setting across the country on an indulgent “Fight the Oligarchy Tour” when she’s doing nothing for her own district. The newly released audio interview between special counsel Hur and our supposed President Joe Biden is startling.  I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.  Well the audio version of special counsel Robert Hur’s interview with Joe Biden is finally out and it is DAMNING. If you recall, this interview was conducted due to vice president turned president turned puppet Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified documents.  Remember, Hur chose not to prosecute Joe Biden, not because he wasn’t guilty of mishandling classified material, but because Hur found Joe to be an “elderly man with a poor memory.” Well now that we have the audio evidence, that assessment of Joe is putting it mildly.  Joe couldn’t remember or articulate milestone dates or events. He stammered and stuttered and lost his train of thought.  The only question remaining is, who WAS running the country for 4 years? Because it wasn’t Joe! A career law enforcement official and former FBI director wants us to believe he wasn’t calling for violence with his cute little seashell post. PA-LEASE! I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. President Trump fired FBI Director James Comey in his first term and it’s obvious Jim isn’t over it. He posted a social media snapshot of seashells on a beach arranged to read “86 47.” Comey claims he just stumbled upon this message and insists he wasn’t calling for violence.  Well it’s common knowledge that to “86” something or someone means to get rid of it.  And ya know what, if Comey wasn’t a former high ranking law enforcement official with a lifetime in that business, perhaps we’d buy that he didn’t know EXACTLY what he was conveying, but his ignorance is a hard sell.  President Trump has ensured at least 2 serious assassination attempts. This isn’t funny, it’s not something to joke about and it’s even more egregious coming from someone like James Comey.  Whether he posted it for attention ahead of his upcoming book release and/or truly meant it as a call to arms, it doesn’t matter.  I hope the secret service saves a special place on a special watch list just for him! On this national police week we honor the officers we’ve lost and all the brave men and women who risk their lives each and every day to protect and defend us all. I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.  In all the hustle, bustle and breaking news of the moment, I want to be sure we don’t forget this week is National police week.  This week, and hopefully every week, I ask we take a moment to honor, remember and celebrate the brave men and women of law enforcement.  So far in 2025, we’ve lost 25 officers in the line of duty. That’s 25 too many. Make no mistake, there is still very much so a War on Cops in this country. While I believe the majority of Americans love and support our officers, there are far too many who still demonize, disparage, and even want to defund our men and women in blue. We cannot stand for that.  Our country and our communities are stronger and safer when we loudly and proudly so our support for the thin blue line and those who risk their lives to uphold it. Gavin Newsom is having a change of heart when it comes to funding illegal immigrant healthcare…   I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.   California is broke and Governor Gavin Newsom is largely to blame for it.    He often brags his state has the 4th largest economy in the world, which is great, but California is still broke.   Part of the reason for their massive 6.2 billion dollar Medicaid budget shortfall is their decision to allow illegal aliens to enroll in the state’s taxpayer funded health care program.    It’s so bad Gavin now has to walk back his generosity!   This week he announced he now wants to stop enrolling low-income illegal aliens in Medi-CAL in 2026 AND even wants to start charging those already enrolled a monthly premium starting the following year.    This is a major change of heart because just two months ago, he insisted he would not do this very thing.    He said this walk back is due to higher than the higher than expected price tag as it ran up the bill 2.7 billion MORE than anticipated.    That’s true and all but the real reason for this about face is Gavin’s 2028 presidential ambitions. The teen accused of stabbing another teen to death at a track meet will be allowed to graduate.  I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. Karmelo Anthony, the Frisco, Texas teen who allegedly though admittedly stabbed fellow teen Austin Metcalf to death at a track meet over a seating dispute, will be allowed to graduate.  Yes, even though he’s been out of school the last month and a half and even though he is facing a murder charge, the activist group supporting him was able to work out a deal with the school district so Anthony will receive his diploma.  The Next Generation Action Network calls this perk a “student focused resolution” and a “moment of dignity for Karmelo” and a “reminder of the power of advocacy done right.” That’s cute and all, but let’s not forget why Karmelo is in this situation. He is accused- though he openly admitted to- stabbing another teen to death at a track meet.  Austin Metcalf will not graduate. Austin Metcalf is not entitled to a “student-focued resolution” or a “moment of dignity” because Austin Metcalf was stabbed to death.
