JOCELYN, 12, LURED FROM 7-ELEVEN, STRANGLED, UNCLOTHED IN CREEK: New Charges

JOCELYN, 12, LURED FROM 7-ELEVEN, STRANGLED, UNCLOTHED IN CREEK: New Charges

An American woman claims she was raped by one of the suspects in Jocelyn Nungary's murder. She says the attack happened during a vacation to Costa Rica, and the government there did nothing.

The night Jocelyn's body was found, Billie Jean Jackson is driving past the creek near 400 West Rankin Road and sees what she thinks might be a mannequin.

The image was lifelike enough to make her turn around and check it out for sure. Getting a good look, Jackson realizes, it is not a mannequin and calls 911.

On Sunday night, Jocelyn Nungaray's mother, Alexis reminds her not to stay up too late as Jocelyn is going to work with her mother in the morning. Alexis tells Jocelyn goodnight at 10 pm and turns in for the night herself. A little later when she is certain her mother is asleep, Jocelyn sneaks out of the house and goes to a local convenience store.

It is around midnight when she calls her 13-year-old boyfriend, who says he hears Jocelyn talking to some adults before he hangs up the phone. After talking to her boyfriend, Jocelyn is seen on camera at a local 7-Eleven convenience store.

In the pictures, Jocelyn Nungaray is seen with two other people, both adults. It's possibly the same people with whom her boyfriend overheard Jocelyn talking.

Around the same time Billie Jean Jackson is calling 911, Alexis Nungaray is preparing to wake up her 5-year-old son and 12-year-old daughter, Jocelyn Nungaray. Finding Jocelyn gone, Alexis reportedly pings her daughter’s cell phone location, which traces the phone to a creek near 400 West Rankin Road

Alexis Nungaray arrives at the spot where her daughter Jocelyn's phone pings and sees police tape is up and police are canvassing the area.

Alexis Nungaray tells police her daughter is missing, and she is there because this is where her phone last pinged. Officers take down information from Alexis, but it still takes an hour before she receives the call that a body has been found, and it is possibly Jocelyn.

Now Harris County District Attorney's Office is seeking the death penalty for both men.

Music Star-Sex-Perv R. Kelly Whines of 'POPULARITY ' in Prison Turn to Fear

Recording artist R. Kelly is serving a 30-year sentence for his racketeering and sex trafficking conviction. In the last days, the Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal on claims that prosecutors “stretched” the law in the convictions against him. The justices denied an appeal last month. Now, Kelly wants to be released to home detention, claiming that federal authorities are plotting to kill Kelly in prison. A defense motion claims Kelly's former cellmate conspired with prison officials to steal mail between him and his attorneys and turn it over to prosecutors before his trial. Kelly's attorneys also claimed prison officials recruited a fellow prison inmate to kill Kelly to keep him from exposing the plot. CULT MOM LORI VALLOW MURDERS 4, BLAMES “MEDIA, SAYS DEAD CHILDREN “VISIT” HER

In less than seven hours of deliberations, twelve Idaho jurors found Lori Vallow guilty of killing her two children and her current husband’s then-wife. Vallow then faced charges of conspiring to kill Brandon Boudreaux, her niece's ex-husband. It took a jury less then 30 minutes to convict her in that trial. It was Vallow's third criminal trial in less than three years. Vallow has been convicted in the deaths of her children, Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow, and Tammy Daybell, her current husband, Chad Daybell’s, first wife, as well as her former husband Charles. He was killed the morning of July 11. Charles Vallow goes to Lori’s rental home in Chandler, Arizona, to pick up JJ for school. Alex Cox, Lori’s brother, is also there. Within an hour, Vallow is lying in a pool of blood, shot by Alex Cox. Cox claims self-defense and is not charged. FRIDAY NIGHT SPECIAL: Lady Diddy Wants Out of Jail, Ghislaine Maxwell Appeals Conviction

FRIDAY NIGHT SPECIAL: Lady Diddy Wants Out of Jail, Ghislaine Maxwell Appeals Conviction

Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted for her role in a scheme to sexual exploit and abuse multiple minor girls with financier Jeffrey Epstein. Specifically the charges were conspiracy to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, conspiracy to transport minors to participate in illegal sex acts, transporting a minor to participate in illegal sex acts, sex trafficking conspiracy, and sex trafficking of a minor. Prosecutors alleged from at least 1994 to 2004, Maxwell knowingly recruited, groomed, and ultimately abused victims under the age of 18. Some were as young as 14. Facts laid out in court proved Maxell befriended victims by asking them about their lives, and taking them to the movies or on shopping trips. Then, provided guidance for how to deal with Epstein, as in giving massages which lead to sexual acts. Maxwell was sentenced to 20-years. Maxwell first appealed her conviction, but the Appeals Court denied her motion. Now Ghislaine Maxwell has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn her sex trafficking conviction, arguing she was covered by a non-prosecution agreement the government made with her former lover, Jeffrey Epstein. The Supreme Court has not yet ruled on Ghislaine Maxwell's appeal, and has not even decided whether to take the case. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

PROSECUTOR'S DEAL WITH THE DEVIL, CRIES IN COURT: KOHBERGER GUILTY

PROSECUTOR'S DEAL WITH THE DEVIL, CRIES IN COURT: KOHBERGER GUILTY

Bryan Kohberger, in court this week, admits he killed four University of Idaho students: Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin. Kohberger agreed to a plea deal when the death penalty was taken off the sentencing table. Family members of the victims were divided about the plea, some saying justice for their loved one was denied. During a court hearing, we learned that Bryan Kohberger did not plan to murder four people. He had a target. We don't know who that target was, but reports say Kohberger allotted on paper what happened that night, and after his sentencing, that information could be made public. Sentencing for Kohberger is later this month.
