Christian Porter & Who Gets To Survive A Scandal

Ex-Attorney General Christian Porter has resigned from his role as a Minister and returned to the backbench, but many experts believe he will be back in a position of significant power, and possibly even the top job in the not-too-distant future.

But why does it seem like some politicians can weather any storm that comes their way no matter how big the scandal, while others are cast out forever at the slightest hint of an allegation?

The Quicky speaks with a former female MP who was ousted on the basis of some nasty rumours, and an Australian politics expert to find out what factors decide who can stay in Parliament, and who has to go.
