Should Australia Adopt Period Leave For Employees?

The Spanish Government recently announced that it is considering creating new laws that would give employees the right to take between 3 and 5 days off every month if they suffer from severe period pain.

Several other countries around the world already have period leave, so should our Government consider implementing the same laws for people here?
