635: Despite Progress Tatum SHOULD NOT Play in '25-26 w/ Chris Forsberg

After a rough stretch of a lot of losing, the Boston Celtics are seemingly back on track.  Yes, they missed a golden opportunity to really establish themselves as one of the better teams in the Eastern Conference, but the Celtics were at a point where there season could’ve gone ary. However, the season has been a little stale.  The lack of improvement from last year, while not crippling in any sense of the imagination, to the franchise is still agitating to the fans.  If fans are a little frustrated with the lack of improvement thus far, it may be best to check out CSNNE’s series on the 1986 Boston Celtics.  LHR will get some brief words with Skip Perham from The Network.  Consider this a therapy edition of Celtics Beat. To continue in that mold, we haven’t gone Around the NBA in 5 recently. So why don’t we go Around the NBA in about 20? Things are getting ugly for the Boston Celtics.  Right as fans thought they were ready to go on a run with a string of cupcakes on the schedule, the rug has been pulled right from underneath Celtics Nation.  Is it time to panic? Final show of 2015 for Celtics Beat.  What an eventful year for the Boston Celtics.  At this time last year, the organization was in no man’s land.  Well, at least they had the Brooklyn picks! But now they have established themselves as a respectable foe in less than one calendar year in the NBA.  Now, what is the next step? Sean Deveney of the Sporting News will return to the show.  It’s all quiet on the NBA rumor mill.  Is that a case of the media not working over the holiday? Is there any trade that could possibly be made? Even something as trivial as David Lee? There has not been a year that hasn’t gone by where Danny Ainge hasn’t made an in-season move so it’s doubtful this year will be different. 2015 is coming to a close and was a phenomenal calendar year for the Boston Celtics.  Unfortunately, the Celtics suffered what was unequivocally their worst week of the calendar year: A big fat doughnut.  Losses to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Detroit Pistons and the Atlanta Hawks left the Celts with an 0-fer week. The long road trip for the Boston Celtics is nearing its conclusion.  After a trip that started in Florida, crossed south of the border, and then crossed it again -- the Boston Celtics are ready to wrap things up with the New Orleans Pelicans tomorrow night.  Some highlights and lowlights in games against the Orlando Magic, Miami Heat, Sacramento Kings, and San Antonio Spurs.  Host Larry H. Russell will briefly recap the week as well as look ahead to Monday’s game in New Orleans. David Wesley, former Boston Celtics and current color man for the Pels will return to the show for his trifecta appearance in a special edition of our Boston Celtics Pre-Game segment.  New Orleans scored a big win back on Friday over LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers.  Will that get their disappointing season off the mat and carry over to a win against Boston? And how happy is Anthony Davis down in the Bayou in that current situation?
