309 - HMO Price Crash

In recent years, I have publicly stated that I hate HMO property and it's an asset class that I no longer want anything to do with, however in the last 4 weeks, I have spent the thick end of £1 million going back into the HMO market.

This is for one clear reason, the fact that the price of HMO properties, for whatever reason, seems to be having a crash.
