Uh-oh your cheap knock off clothes from China might cost a little more! I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. Those with a certain affinity for cheap clothes and other items that fall apart and/or smell like toxic paint might be heartbroken to hear this… Chinese online marketplace Temu and fast-fashion hub Shein will raise prices on their items starting next week in response to President Trump’s tariffs.  Both sites are encouraging customers to get orders in now before the prices go up.  Look, I think we’ve all been guilty of ordering cheap crap from China in the sincere but naive hope it won’t be low quality or smell of paint fumes.  The stuff is pretty cheap, so we’ve all likely been tempted to press “order” and hope for the best.  BUT, these online marketplaces are not only known for their low prices and low-quality but in the case of Temu, have been accused of data mining and in the case of Shein, knocking off designers with cheap dupes.  I think we’ll all survive if we decrease our dependence on their products and buy elsewhere!  I’m Tomi Lahren and you watch my show "Tomi Lahren is Fearless" at Outkick.com. Gen-Zers are financing music festival tickets.  I sure hope they’re not demanding we pay for their student loans! I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. We keep hearing how hard it is to be a young person in America today. Everything is expensive, they’re saddled with student loan debt and life is just not fair.  Ok, that may be true but…it’s also true Gen-Z priorities are way out of whack! Get this, a growing number of music festival attendees are FINANCING their tickets through outside vendors such as Klarna, Affirm and PayPal. Tickets to big spectacles like Coachella aren’t cheap. General admission to Coachella starts around $600 bucks and a VIP pass runs around $1,500- and that’s just for the ticket. Other costs for lodging, transportation and food run those totals well into the thousands.  There’s nothing inherently wrong with using a ticket layaway system to divide up your payments, but pro tip, if you can’t afford to buy a ticket flat out, perhaps you shouldn’t be financing your ticket either!  These are some of the same kiddos, no doubt, that want you and I to pay off their student loans! Democrats and media outlets continually leave out the illegal immigration status of their martyrs, but why? I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. I think it’s pretty clear the Democrat Party- as a whole- does not consider illegal immigration to be such a bad thing. After all, President Biden presided over an unprecedented invasion of millions into our country as Democrats and media members either ignored it or insisted it wasn’t a “crisis.” So why then, do they scrub the word “illegal” from their vocabulary when discussing or writing about these individuals? We’ve been inundated with headlines about the supposed “Maryland man” or “Maryland father” they so desperately want back from El Salvador, but time and time again they refuse to acknowledge his immigration status as “ILLEGAL!” If they really take little to no issue with people from around the world crossing into our country ILLEGALLY, then why whitewash it from that narrative?  If that method of immigration is so noble and righteous, say it with your WHOLE CHEST!  Same goes for the journalists! Harvard University refuses to comply with the Trump Administration’s guard rails for combating anti-semitism.    I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.    The Trump Administration is not playing around when it comes to fighting anti-semitism and Jewish hate on college campuses.    After Harvard rejected the administration’s demands to confront anti-semitism on campus, the administration responded by slashing federal funding to the tune of over $2 billion dollars.    Harvard’s president Alan Garber seems to think providing comfort and complicity to the blatant anti-semitic and anti-Jewish behavior on campus is the university's right.    That’s all fine and dandy, but it’s not Harvard’s right to take in our tax dollars if they take that stance.   President Trump also hinted on social media that perhaps Harvard should lose its tax exempt status due to falling outside of the “public interest.”   No university is entitled to our tax dollars, especially if that university isn’t committed to protecting the safety of ALL students.    I’m Tomi Lahren and you watch my show "Tomi Lahren is Fearless" at Outkick.com. El Salvador’s President says he will not return the alleged illegal alien gang member to the US.   I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.    Democrats are FUMING that El Salvadoran President Bukele said he will not facilitate the return of an alleged illegal alien gang member sent there by the Trump Administration.    The Democrats, along with their pals in the media, like to refer to Kilmar Abrego Garcia as simply “a Maryland father,” completely ignoring that he’s not only an illegal alien but has been determined by two courts and county authorities to be a gang member.   They want him returned to the US. The Trump Administration insists they don’t have the authority to do so given Garcia is a foreign national on foreign soil.   When asked by reporters in the Oval Office if he would facilitate the return of Garcia, El Salvador’s President Bukele also declined.    There you have it.    Legality aside, it’s quite the message the Democrats are sending.    They’ll go to the ends of the earth to get an illegal alien back on YOUR soil.    I’m Tomi Lahren and you watch my show "Tomi Lahren is Fearless" at Outkick.com. Bill Maher had dinner with the president and gave his audience the full and unexpected report! I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. It was, perhaps, one of the most highly anticipated and most talked about meetings our president has hosted in his second term. It wasn’t with a world leader, an adversary, or even an ally. It was a dinner with comedian and HBO host, Bill Maher. The dinner came together thanks to mutual friend Kid Rock, Dana White was also present. This week on his HBO Show “Real Time” Bill Maher gave his audience the full report in his opening monologue and it was shocking.  Not only did Maher admit the president isn’t some bad or crazy guy, he detailed just how genuine, generous and humble the president was throughout the evening.  Some Liberals are foaming at the mouth this meeting even happened but as Maher pointed out, those people are nothing but haters with no solution. Maher admitted he is not suddenly a “MAGA” but that he has a better understanding and appreciation of the man he’s been mocking for years.  We need more of this! President Trump is adding some key tech items to his tariff exemption list. I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. Techies can rejoice, for now. According to a bulletin posted by US Customs and Border Protection, the administration is exempting smartphones, computers and other electronics from reciprocal tariffs, at least for now.  Also on the list are solar cells, flat panel TV displays, flash drives and other semiconductor parts and infrastructure.  This is welcome relief to companies like Apple that rely heavily on China to assemble our beloved iPhones. It was estimated that without this exemption, the cost of the new iPhone16 pro max could jump to nearly a thousand bucks. It’s not clear what prompted the Trump Administration to issue these generous exemptions but perhaps the president is making a good faith bet that tech companies such as Apple will work to quickly move production and make larger investments in the US.  Trust the process! The internet is going berserk over the REAL ID deadline and it’s ridiculous. I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.  There is a bipartisan social media freakout underway over the approaching May 7th REAL ID deadline and I’m still befuddled as to why… The REAL ID requirements were passed in 2005 when George W Bush was in office. The deadline to be REAL ID compliant has been pushed back FOUR TIMES SO FAR! In Tennessee I needed to show proof of US citizenship, my social security card, and two proofs of Tennessee residency like a utility bill or a pay stub or current bank statement.  None of those things should be hard to produce! But now people are panicking because they won’t be able to board a domestic flight without it come May 7. Important to note you can also show a passport, by the way.  So yeah, this is probably gonna cause a headache at the TSA line but it’s because people are lazy and have put this off for YEARS! This is not the “surveillance state” at work.
