Hippos are one of the most dangerous animals in the world -- killing about 500 people a year. Now an American woman is one of those statistics. She was on safari with her husband, standing by a river when a hippo charged and attacked her. Now her husband is suing the tour company. The tour company tells us that the couple was accompanied by an experienced professional guide and that all safety measures had been implemented both before and during the attack. And he never attended a Kennedy Center event the first time he was president, but now that he's back in the white house, Donald Trump has named himself chairman of the organization. And -- he's fired the person who's been running it and stacked the board with people loyal to him. Plus, it's happening around the country… owners and dealers of the Tesla cybertruck are finding their vehicles vandalized. Some speculate it has to do with Elon Musk's high profile around President Trump. And when our reporter Alison Hall was out covering a story 'on' breast cancer, she found out she 'had' breast cancer. For the very first time we are seeing Wendy Williams inside the assisted care facility where she's being housed. The former talk show host is speaking out in an interview shot through her high-rise window. Super Bowl 59 is in the history books with the Eagles winning their second Vince Lombardi Trophy in what, for a while, was a total blowout. Among the more than 76,000 in the stadium was President Trump, who became the only sitting president to attend a Super Bowl. And among the many celebrities was Taylor Swift who publicly endorsed Kamala Harris for president. And Kendrick Lamar did the halftime show... the first time a solo rapper has headlined, and it's sparked plenty of commentary. But one moment no one saw coming was when tennis great Serena Williams popped up as a dancer. Plus, Philadelphia fans spilled into the streets celebrating the Eagles win and since this is only their second Super Bowl win, things got a little wild. And the egg shortage continues in parts of the country and some people are getting desperate. Surveillance cam captured thieves stealing more than 500 eggs from a restaurant in Seattle. Did he get away with murder? That's the question being asked about a 17-year-old after he was acquitted in the murder of his mother. That court decision came after he'd already killed his father, police say, in self-defense. And every year before the Super Bowl the NFL holds an award show and former New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick, who's 72, showed up with his 24-year-old girlfriend who had a Super Bowl ring on her finger. There is some good news on the health front... more than half of the country has seen a decrease in cases of Covid - but there's a new worry to take its place: The Flu.  And back-to-back winter storms have as much as a third of the United States in a deep freeze, with ice and freezing rain making both roads and sidewalks especially treacherous. Plus, President Trump will be among the thousands at the Superdome on Sunday - as the first sitting president to attend a Super Bowl. And it seems he may have a favorite when it comes to the teams. A mother of a toddler and her boyfriend are facing child neglect charges after her little one was spotted alone in a car in the parking lot of a bar. The mom says she was trying to get her boyfriend to leave, but cops say the child was alone for as much as two hours. The mother and her boyfriend have pled not guilty. Lots of tears on Kelly Ripa's show today as she shared news that her beloved dog that appeared regularly on her show has passed away. Ripa says for the last 17 years the Shih Tzu named Chewie was an amazing companion to her family and losing her has been beyond tough. Plus, with news Donald Trump will be the first sitting president to attend a Super Bowl, security is being beefed up to a whole new level. More than 2,000 federal agents are working alongside the New Orleans Police Department. And egg prices skyrocketed to as much as 19 dollars a dozen due to bird flu wiping out millions of chickens. Now comes this...thieves stealing 100,000 eggs being transported to grocery stores. The stolen eggs are worth 40,000 dollars.
