Akiva Goldsman has returned his production company Weed Road to Warner Bros, in a multi-year first-look deal. Two of his initial projects will be a sequel to “I Am Legend” with Will Smith and Michael B. Jordan, and a sequel to “Constantine” with Keanu Reeves. Goldsman’s focus will be on IP that can play on a global scale theatrically. Goldsman’s TV deal was previously with MGM, but he is now a free agent as he completes “The Crowded Room” for Apple TV+ and works on “Strange New Worlds” and the final season of “Picard.”
