Episode 270: How to Get Your Partner on Board Your Business Vision

Episode 270: How to Get Your Partner on Board Your Business Vision

What if the only thing standing between you and your dream business… is your partner's support?

When I first told my husband I wanted to launch an alcohol-free coaching business, he had no frame of reference for it. He was nice about it, but had no clue about the potential.

Friends and family are often the last ones to understand your vision – and in fact, in trying to protect you from falling on your face, they might even try to talk you out of it.

In the newest episode of Euphoric the Podcast, I'm pulling back the curtain on what it really took to get my husband on board with my massive dream. Spoiler alert: he's now my business partner, COO, and CFO. But that transformation didn't happen overnight.

I'll share the exact strategic moves and conversations that helped me lead with my vision, even when no one else could see it.

I also share candid insights about my mom's journey from a post-war communist country to achieving the American dream, even when my dad wasn't sure (and why women are often the visionaries in the family).

It is SO important to give yourself permission to be the visionary.

P.S. The 5X Certification program starts TODAY! We might have one more spot available. DM me if it's yours.

IN THIS EPISODE:

  • Why not everyone needs to understand your massive business vision and how to maintain belief in your dreams, even when those around you think you're crazy
  • Candid insights about my mom's incredible journey from a post-war communist country to achieving the American dream, even when my dad wasn't sure
  • Tips for turning skepticism into support, including how to sidestep the protector instinct that can hold you back from launching your dream business
  • Why women often are less likely to start businesses than men are – and yet, statistically women entrepreneurs outperform men
