In this episode... I'm sharing how you can start to chip away at the common belief "I'm not good enough." To overcome social anxiety means that you feel safe to be yourself in social situations. That isn't going to happen when you are full of negative emotions and limiting beliefs about yourself like this one. The great thing is that you learned all of these since being born. They are not in fact the truth.
