Choosing the right force plate metrics and using them effectively with Eric Renaghan (Head of Strength & Conditioning at St Louis Blues)

In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast, I am speaking to Head Strength & Conditioning Coach of the St. Louis Blues in the NHL, Eric Renaghan. Eric is the only person I have had on the podcast who is currently working in the NHL which makes this an absolute honour.
