Jonathan is a 24-year-old Norwegian who struggled with a long list of health issues, including IBS, anxiety, weight issues, addictions, hallucinations, sleep paralysis, Raynaud’s and depression. In 2023 Jonathan hit rock bottom. After a major IBS attack, he started experimenting with food and eventually found his way to the carnivore lifestyle without even knowing it existed. This way of eating has completely transformed his physical and mental health and now he’s passionate about spreading the message to others, especially young people who are silently struggling like he was.
