Sister Wives Coyote Pass Sells For $1.5 Million, It’s The End Of An Era And What’s Next For The Family? Sunday, September 21st, 2025 | Sarah Fraser

ICYMI, this spring I exclusively broke that Coyote Pass sold for over $1,000,000. This episode originally aired in April of 2025. The sale of CP will now play out as Sister Wives S20 drops September 28th. In this episode of TSFS, I dive into the exciting news that Coyote Pass, the infamous property from "Sister Wives," has officially sold for $1.5 million, marking a significant profit for Kody, Robyn, Janelle, and Meri. I reflect on Kody's financial savvy, as he purchased the land for $820,000 back in 2018 and has made several lucrative real estate moves since then. The sale signifies the end of an era for the Brown family, who have faced ongoing disputes and communication issues regarding the property. I also discuss Meri's recent transformation and her appearance on Tamron Hall, where she addresses her relationship with Robyn and the implications of the sale.
