Stop Feeling Drained: Practical Ways You Can Reclaim Your Energy | Diana Hill (EP409)

Stop Feeling Drained: Practical Ways You Can Reclaim Your Energy | Diana Hill (EP409)

Are you pouring your energy into everything and still feeling like it’s never enough? In this episode, I’m joined by Dr. Diana Hill—clinical psychologist, co-author of ACT Daily Journal, and author of the upcoming book Wise Effort: How to Focus Your Genius Energy on What Matters Most.

Grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative practices, Diana helps us explore how to stop scattering our energy and instead focus it on what aligns with our values, our families, and our well-being. We discuss what it means to identify your “parenting genius,” how that strength can sometimes become a stumbling block, and practical ways to conserve and redirect your energy so you can show up more fully in the areas that matter most.

EP199: Messy Minimalism: Realistic Strategies for the Rest of Us with Rachelle Crawford

Think minimalism means a perfectly curated, always tidy home? Think again. Drowning in tides of toys, overflowing closets, and a crazy schedule, Rachelle Crawford assumed you had to be naturally organized to keep a tidy living space. Then she found minimalism: the messy, real-life kind, that is less about perfection and more about purpose. Becoming a messy minimalist is not about turning into someone else; it's about clearing away clutter and expectations to unearth who you really are. Join me today as I speak with Rachelle about her journey into 'messy minimalism' and how we can inspire those around us to begin their own step into minimalism (whether big or small!)----Show Notes for EP199: Messy Minimalism: Realistic Strategies for the Rest of UsEnjoy this Podcast?Post a review and share it! If you enjoyed tuning into this podcast, then do not hesitate to write a review. EP198: Initiating Stronger Relationships with Our Children with Vanessa Quigley

EP198: Initiating Stronger Relationships with Our Children with Vanessa Quigley

My guess is if you surveyed any mom, she’d likely tell you she desires more intentional time with her child(ren). Whether she’s a working mom or stay-at-home mom, our days fill up fast. Not to mention, as our family grows or, inevitably, as our children grow older, it can be tricky to find the time to intentionally pursue them. Tricky but not impossible. Here today to offer wisdom from her own experience as the mother to seven children is founder of Chatbooks, Vanessa Quigley. She talks about what she’s done to initiate stronger relationships with each of them and how we can apply some of these methods in our own lives.----Show Notes for EP198: Initiating Stronger Relationships with Our ChildrenEnjoy this Podcast?Post a review and share it! If you enjoyed tuning into this podcast, then do not hesitate to write a review. EP196: Becoming Intentional with Money Management with Erin Skye Kelly

I usually don’t share guest quotes prior to the interview but my guest today, author, Erin Skye Kelly said something that really stuck with me, “Debt Is Clutter.” Debt is clutter and it leads to a lack of freedom. It was this lesson that I had to learn before I began to pursue the purging of material things. Intentionality with my finances came first and the clutter followed. This episode won’t suddenly eradicate your debt but I hope it provides you with tools and inspiration to see that debt freedom is attainable through discipline, but first and foremost, intentionality! ----Show Notes for EP196: Becoming Intentional with Money ManagementEnjoy this Podcast?Post a review and share it! If you enjoyed tuning into this podcast, then do not hesitate to write a review.
