Fitness and Mental Well-being

Continuing on with the theme of mental well being, we invited Mizy Mustafa, a humanitarian worker & long time fitness professional to talk about mental health and fitness. Explaining how her mental health is affected by her fitness journey, Mizy talks about the trainer's responsibilities towards their clients as they step into a gym setting for the first time. We also touch on the importance of taking care of our mental and physical health especially during the pandemic.
