Harmonizing Spirit & Body: The Power of Sound Healing with gina Breedlove

On today's show, Michael welcomes gina Breedlove. gina is a grief doula, traditional sound healer, vocalist, composer, and author of the new book, "The Vibration of Grace: Sound Healing Rituals for Liberation."

gina's transformational insights draw on rituals of soul retrieval, vibrational healing, and intention setting that show us how to find our authentic voice and use it for healing and emotional and spiritual growth.

During this sweet and insightful episode, Michael and gina discuss:

-gina's discovery of toning and humming into her body to move grief at age 5 after her mother abandoned her family

-gina's particular mode of sound healing through using the voice and how it releases trauma and grief from the body

-How anyone can do sound healing with a teacher, in a group, or by themselves

-Plus, gina performs a brief sound healing for us - and so much more!

And as always, Michael concludes with a brief meditation that encapsulates the energy of his conversation.
