Can you believe we are literally less than a week away from Christmas 2021?

I genuinely can't believe it, however, I'm going to send you off with the most amazing, reflective high-value gift to sign off your year, reflect on the year that's been and set yourself up for the Christmas festive season and 2022 ahead.

In this official Property Entrepreneur podcast, I'm going to share with you what we call 'The One Word'.

'The One Word' exercise is a game that we play at the end of every year with a friend, family member, partner or your children. It takes between 60 and 90 minutes and is ideally played between Christmas and New Year's Eve.

What we do is reflect on the year that's been and answer a number of questions and then document the answer before closing the book on the chapter that's been 2021.

This year has been absolutely crazy. It's been another one like nothing on record but before we close the door before we close the book, we want to reflect on the year, celebrate our successes, mark down some key learnings and then close the chapter.

In this podcast, I'm going to take you through the six different questions to ask yourself to sign off 2021 so grab yourself a pen, grab yourself a pencil and in the 20 minutes of this podcast I'm going to take you through 'The One Word' exercise start to finish as my gift to you, your friends and your family for the end of 2021.

Put it in your journal and it will be something to look back on at the end of next year.
