066 - Five Levels of Leadership

"Where are you?"

If you're serious about building a proper business, rather than having a well paid self employed job or there's you and a few mates running around trying to make a few quid, you're going to have to learn how to become highly valuable and highly leveraged by building a team.

In 2012, I was running a small business with a band of brothers and wanted to understand how do I step this up and take it to the next level to build a national team of high performers that deliver world class results within a world class culture?

If you want to become highly valuable and highly leveraged as an entrepreneur, you need to master the art of leadership and in this podcast, I'm going to take you through the absolute game changing Five Levels of John Maxwell's model.

On Property Entrepreneur, every now and again I will stand on stage and I will say "Trust me".
