Within entrepreneurship and business, something you've probably heard people say is that business would be absolutely fine if it wasn't for employees and clients. Now that's slightly tongue in cheek, but there's a lot of truth said in jest and most entrepreneurs never truly grasp the ability to work on their business rather than in it, to step away from the day to day and empower a team to run it, or have the explicit clarity and confidence to understand if they've got the right team member, if they're executing effectively and have the black and white results to prove who's doing what they need to do, and who is definitely not.
