Unfortunately, Rohit's partner in the Alliance Group and fellow Property Entrepreneur Board Member, Roberto Scandian, could not make the podcast.

Rohit talks through how they met and started working together looking for sites to convert and the project covered is for a row of five shops in Milton Keynes with a former gym above. It had planning to convert the uppers into 4 x 2 bed flats and we discuss how they sourced the property, the issues face with the conversion and their top four tips.

• Build costs £390,000
• End valuation £1,750,000
• Gross profit: £660,000
