Founded by Francesco Condello in 2001, it is known for producing high-quality Sangiovese wines and for its commitment to organic farming, sustainability, and authentic winemaking traditions. Today, the winery is run by Chiara Condello, a rising star among Italy’s new generation of female winemakers. Born in Forlì and raised in Fiumana di Predappio near her family’s estate, Chiara studied economics at Bocconi University in Milan before returning home to join the family business. In 2015, she took over several old vineyards and established her own label, Chiara Condello. She now farms six hectares of vines using organic and biodynamic methods, focusing exclusively on Sangiovese, the native variety of Predappio, with the goal of crafting terroir-driven wines that reflect the true character of her land.
