Epstein Survivors Hit Bank of America And Bank Of NY Mellon With A Lawsuit (10/16/25)

A woman, filing under the pseudonym Jane Doe, has sued Bank of America and Bank of New York Mellon in Manhattan federal court, accusing them of playing a financial role in enabling Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking operation. She alleges that Epstein and his associates used her Bank of America account—opened at the direction of Epstein’s accountant—as a conduit for rent payments, payroll for a “sham company,” and other transfers. The complaint claims the banks ignored obvious red flags, failed to file required Suspicious Activity Reports in a timely fashion, and thereby breached their duty to report illicit financial flows.

In the case against BNY Mellon, the lawsuit claims the bank processed as much as $378 million in transactions linked to a modeling agency (MC2) allegedly used by Epstein and his associates in trafficking operations. The complaint contends that BNY Mellon either turned a blind eye to or actively facilitated these flows, benefiting from them financially while violating anti-trafficking and anti–money laundering norms. The plaintiff seeks unspecified damages and class-action status, arguing that the banks “knowingly benefited” from Epstein’s scheme and should be held accountable.

Mega Edition: The USVI And Their Motion In Opposition To JP Morgan's Request For Dismissal (Part 3-4) (8/22/25)

The U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI) filed a motion opposing JPMorgan Chase's request to dismiss the lawsuit related to Jeffrey Epstein. The USVI argues that JPMorgan played a crucial role in enabling and facilitating Epstein's illegal activities by maintaining his accounts and providing financial services, despite knowing about his criminal conduct. The motion asserts that the bank ignored numerous red flags and allowed Epstein to conduct transactions that supported his sex trafficking operation. The USVI contends that JPMorgan's actions or lack thereof contributed significantly to the harm caused by Epstein and his network. The motion further emphasizes that the lawsuit is valid and should proceed, as it seeks to hold the bank accountable for its alleged complicity in Epstein's activities, despite JPMorgan's efforts to dismiss the case. The USVI aims to prove that the bank's involvement goes beyond mere negligence, arguing that it knowingly benefited from its relationship with Epstein.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:gov.uscourts.nysd.591653.48.0.pdf (courtlistener.com)Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Jeffrey Epstein And His A List Roster Of Lawyers

Jeffrey Epstein And His A List Roster Of Lawyers

Jeffrey Epstein assembled a veritable A‑list of legal heavyweights to shield him from accountability—turning what should have been a reckoning into a masterclass in how the elite evade justice. You had Alan Dershowitz, the Harvard law legend, negotiating a sweetheart 2008 non-prosecution deal that let Epstein skate on federal charges, then using op‑eds to furiously deny any wrongdoing or conspiracies (even when the evidence was staring everyone in the face). And then there was Ken Starr, the same prosecutor who once hounded Bill Clinton, now orchestrating a scorched‑earth defense that helped bury Epstein’s crimes under legal privilege and political influence. Don’t forget Jay Lefkowitz, who artfully spun Epstein not as a predator, but as a unique “benevolent benefactor,” pulling every lever to keep victims in the dark and prosecutors off his trail. On the other side, the composition of Epstein’s legal representation illustrates the imbalance of resources that often defines high-profile cases. Figures such as Darren Indyke, his longtime personal lawyer, focused on managing the estate, finances, and the countless legal disputes that arose after Epstein’s arrest and death. To contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:https://abovethelaw.com/2019/07/jeffrey-epsteins-arrest-forces-us-to-ask-which-dirtbag-lawyers-in-this-case-will-face-their-own-music/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Jeffrey Epstein Was Abusing Girls In The USVI Until At Least 2019 According To Authorities

Jeffrey Epstein Was Abusing Girls In The USVI Until At Least 2019 According To Authorities

Even after his 2008 conviction and infamous plea deal, Jeffrey Epstein remained undeterred—continuing to lure minors to his private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Lawsuits filed by the U.S. Virgin Islands Attorney General allege that Epstein trafficked girls as young as 12 to Little Saint James as recently as 2018, using deceptive promises of jobs, education, and money to ensnare them. This wasn’t a residual crime—it was active, methodical exploitation that spanned well into the era when he was a registered sex offender and should have been cut off entirely. What’s more infuriating is how systemic this was—despite being a known predator, Epstein’s abuses persisted up to the brink of his arrest. Surveillance data later revealed that nearly 200 mobile devices visited his so‑called “pedophile island” between 2016 and 2019, underscoring that his elite network, and the trafficking operation on his island, remained in full swing. These weren't the isolated misdeeds of an untouchable man—they were the consequences of unchecked power and corruption that allowed an incarcerated predator to keep committing atrocities until he was finally arrested.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/jeffrey-epstein-suicide-victims-girls-virgin-islands-lawsuit-trafficking-a9285536.htmlBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Jeffrey Epstein, The King Of Ponzi Schemes

Jeffrey Epstein, The King Of Ponzi Schemes

Jeffrey Epstein was more than just the wealthy financier with a knack for elite connections—his ascent was shadowed by serious financial fraud. In the late 1980s, he was hired as a consultant at Towers Financial Corporation, a company run by his mentor Steven Hoffenberg. That firm turned out to be one of the largest Ponzi schemes in U.S. history, defrauding investors of over $450 million. Hoffenberg later claimed Epstein was “intimately involved,” even calling him the “architect” and “mastermind” behind complex schemes and manipulations, despite Epstein escaping legal charges. Those stolen funds allegedly served as seed capital for Epstein’s later financial ventures—his own hedge fund, foundations, and private empire. That’s not rumor—it’s his legacy in plain sight. What’s worse, Epstein’s role wasn’t ancillary. Court documents and Hoffenberg’s testimony paint Epstein as a central player who helped design and scale the scheme using his network. He may have walked free, but make no mistake: his wealth, influence, and the veneer of legitimacy he built were built on the bones of investor ruin. It wasn’t clean money; it was stolen. And those shadowy beginnings illuminate the true cost of his rise—not just in dollars lost, but in the destruction of trust, victims, and the systems he exploited so ruthlessly.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:https://radaronline.com/p/jeffrey-epstein-ponzi-scheme-money-book-dead-man-tell-no-tales/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Murder In Moscow: Bryan Kohberger Is Being Threatened By Fellow Inmates (8/21/25)

Murder In Moscow: Bryan Kohberger Is Being Threatened By Fellow Inmates (8/21/25)

Bryan Kohberger, who is serving four consecutive life sentences at the Idaho Maximum Security Institution (IMSI), has filed formal complaints detailing verbal threats and sexual harassment shortly after his transfer to J‑Block in late July. In a handwritten note dated July 30, he described being subjected to minute‑by‑minute harassment and asked to be moved to the quieter B‑Block. Five days later, on August 4, he submitted another complaint specifically citing crude sexual remarks from fellow inmates—one allegedly told him, “I’ll b--- f-- you,” while another quipped, “The only a-- we’ll be eating is Kohberger’s.” A guard confirmed hearing vulgar language directed at him, though could not identify the speaker, and Kohberger’s transfer request has been denied, with officials noting he reportedly still “feels safe to remain on tier 2 in J‑Block.”Beyond these direct threats, reports indicate psychological harassment is already taking a toll. Inmates are reportedly taunting Kohberger continuously—including yelling through the vents in his cell—which has disrupted his sleep and mental well‑being. Despite being housed alone, the relentless nature of the harassment has prompted multiple complaints to prison staff. Authorities have acknowledged the taunting but maintain that security and order are being upheld, stating that verbal interactions among inmates are common and that Kohberger remains in a safe environment..to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Kohberger complaints rise in first month of prison in Idaho | Idaho StatesmanBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

CIA Kompromat 101: Jeffrey Epstein and the CIA’s Culture of Compromise (Part 3) (8/21/25)

Jeffrey Epstein’s life makes little sense when viewed through the lens of a rogue financier or even a Mossad agent, but it becomes coherent when understood as the creation of the CIA. From his early placement at the Dalton School by Donald Barr, to his sudden leap into finance at Bear Stearns, to his inexplicable relationship with Leslie Wexner, Epstein’s career looks less like chance and more like cultivation. His fortune was smoke and mirrors, likely bolstered by covert funding, and his so-called philanthropy in genetics and AI neatly overlapped with U.S. intelligence interests. His homes wired with cameras, his blackmail operations ensnaring politicians, scientists, and billionaires, and his sweetheart deal in Florida that shielded not just him but his co-conspirators—all of it suggests he was protected because he was too valuable to the intelligence state to lose. While Mossad connections through Ghislaine Maxwell cannot be denied, foreign services couldn’t have orchestrated the decades-long media suppression, the unprecedented non-prosecution agreement, or the circumstances of Epstein’s death in federal custody. Only U.S. intelligence had the power to build and protect him, then silence him when he became a liability. Epstein was not simply a predator; he was a CIA instrument of blackmail and control, designed to compromise America’s own elites and keep them in line. His death was not the end of a scandal—it was the final act of a cleanup operation, ensuring that the files, tapes, and evidence he gathered would never see daylight, and leaving the public with a scapegoat narrative while the machinery of secrecy rolled on.to contact  me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
