Erryn Stamp was born in the LDS faith and except for not serving a mission, tried to check all the boxes a man should, while hiding that she never felt like a man.

She tried playing the performative roles of son, husband, father, divorced single dad. After opening up and transitioning, she feels at home as a wife and mom.

As an LDS trans woman who is the parent of four kids with their own unique challenges and who was accused of crimes that never occurred, life can be dark.

Even then, she found that on the other side of fear and doubt, there is light and joy, and life is worth living.
