Personal Training: A New Body for a New Year

Typically, at this time of year, new years resolutions are being broken and the population surge at gyms throughout the country is thinning out. Some personal improvement plans are just not sustainable. Tonight, we will talk to personal trainer Dan O'Neill about how to devolop a practical and sustainable plan to improve fitness and performance in all aspects of life.
