In this episode, Arman (MS4) takes Kyle (MS4) and Neil (MS3) through a case of worsening fever and abdominal pain that had already been previously been evaluated. Nothing is ever too simple in the world of pediatric emergency medicine! As always, Nurse Barb is moonlighting in the pediatric emergency room to guide our hosts to the appropriate management.
