In this episode, Jordan (PGY1.5) takes Kyle (PGY0) and Arman (PGY0) through a case of epigastric abdominal pain. We quickly get to the diagnosis, but the etiology and management are fascinating! As per usual, Nurse Barb and Jordan lay down some wisdom on the way the real world of medicine works. How would you approach this case?
